Day 1 – Dehradun (Arrival & Briefing)

Arrive at Dehradun → Pickup from Airport/railway station/bus stand → Hotel check-in → Dinner included → Mandatory Tour Briefing at 1900 Hrs → Duffel bags provided (max 5 kg/person) → Body weight of each pilgrim recorded → Overnight stay at Dehradun

Day 2 – Yamunotri Dham (Dehradun → Kharsali)

Early breakfast → Check-out at 0730 Hrs → Transfer to Sahastradhara Helidrome → ETD 0830 Hrs → ETA Kharsali 0900 Hrs → Hotel check-in at Kharsali → Proceed for Yamunotri Darshan as soon as possible (to avoid yatra rush) → Yamunotri trek 6 km one-way (approx. 5.5 hrs round-trip, Palki/Pony available) → Sightseeing: Hot Spring at Yamunotri Temple, Yamuna Mata Temple, Shani Temple → Dinner → Overnight stay at Kharsali

Note: Kharsali is the least developed destination among the Chardhams. Hotel accommodation will be basic.

Day 3 – Gangotri Dham (Kharsali → Harsil)

Breakfast → Check-out by 0830 Hrs → ETD 0900 Hrs from Kharsali Heli-Base → ETA 0930 Hrs at Jhalla/Harsil Helipad → Hotel check-in at Harsil → Gangotri Dham darshan before or after lunch depending on rush (road: approx. 25 km, 50-min drive, ~3.5 hrs round-trip) → Sightseeing: Bagodi Village, Ancient Laxmi Narayan Temple in Harsil, nearby nature walks → Dinner → Overnight stay at Harsil

Day 4 – Kedarnath Dham (Harsil → Sersi)

Breakfast → Check-out by 0830 Hrs → ETD 0930 Hrs from Jhalla/Harsil Helipad → ETA 1000 Hrs at Sersi Heli-Base → Kedarnath shuttle (Sersi – Kedar – Sersi, approx. 7 min flight each way) → Kedarnath Temple Darshan (~2 hours) → Return to Sersi → Sightseeing: Triyuginarayan Temple (subject to weather and road conditions) → Dinner → Overnight stay at Sersi

Day 5 – Badrinath Dham (Sersi → Badrinath)

Check-out by 0530/0600 Hrs → ETD 0630 Hrs from Sersi Heli-Base → ETA 0700 Hrs at Badrinath Helipad → Hotel check-in at Badrinath → Breakfast → Badrinath Temple Darshan (~1 to 1.5 hours, by car from hotel) → Sightseeing: Mana Village → Optional evening Swaran/Chandi Aarti at Badrinath Temple (extra charge, direct payment) → Dinner → Overnight stay at Badrinath

Day 6 – Return to Dehradun (Badrinath → Sahastradhara)

Breakfast → Check-out by 0600/0630 Hrs → ETD 0700 Hrs from Badrinath Helipad → ETA 0800 Hrs at Sahastradhara Helidrome → Hodophilia Holidays team receives passengers → Collect luggage from cloak room → Breakfast at Dehradun → Drop to airport/railway station → End of Chardham Yatra

  • Baggage allowance: Maximum 5 kg per passenger in duffel bags provided by Hodophilia Holidays. No suitcases or large bags permitted. Excess penalty: INR 500/kg
  • Overweight charges: INR 2,500/kg above 75 kg permissible weight (calculated on total group weight). Submit weight on higher side including clothes & shoes
  • Penalty for incorrect weight declaration: INR 20,000 + overweight charges
  • Helicopter capacity: Max 450 kg (excl. baggage), 06 passengers. Group members may be placed in different flights
  • Infants below 2 years (max 12 kg) fly free; infant weight reduces group permissible weight
  • Arrive at Dehradun by 1500 Hrs or earlier on Day 1
  • VIP Darshan: Priority entry inside temple premises only, subject to temple committee guidelines. May be altered during VVIP movements or heavy rush
  • Network is very poor at Harsil & Badrinath. BSNL, Airtel & Jio work mostly
  • Hodophilia Holidays may not fly to Harsil/Jhalla in case of turbulent wind conditions (common after 1200 Hrs)
  • Carry medication (consult doctor before travel), warm clothing (evenings are very cold), sports/trekking shoes, and Aadhar Card

Badrinath not covered: 30% of tour cost refunded

Full tour cancellation: Full refund minus INR 10,000/pax service charge

If 05 consecutive days of no flying occur: Full refund as per policy

COVID / National Emergency: No refund; Credit Voucher valid for 1 year issued instead

  • Permitted with 10% of total tour cost if informed at least 28 days before travel date
