Overview of Package – Day Wise

Day 1 – Dehradun (Arrival & Briefing)

Arrive at Dehradun → Airport/station pickup by Hodophilia Holidays team → Hotel check-in

→ Dinner included → Mandatory Tour Briefing at 1900 Hrs → Duffel bags provided (max 5

kg/person) → Body weight of each pilgrim recorded → Overnight stay at Dehradun

Day 2 – Dehradun → Sersi → Triyuginarayan Temple Visit

Breakfast at hotel → Check-out at 1115 Hrs → Transfer to Sahastradhara Helidrome → ETD

1230 Hrs → ETA Sersi 1300 Hrs → Hotel check-in at Sersi → Lunch → Afternoon visit to

Triyuginarayan Temple (site of Lord Shiva & Goddess Parvati’s celestial marriage, known for

its eternal flame) → Dinner → Overnight stay at Sersi

Day 3 – Kedarnath ji Darshan → Badrinath

Early morning Kedarnath shuttle (Sersi – Kedar – Sersi, approx. 7 min flight each way) →

Kedarnath Temple Darshan (~2 hours) → Return to Sersi → Breakfast & lunch at Sersi →

ETD from Sersi 1300 Hrs → ETA Badrinath 1330 Hrs → Hotel check-in at Badrinath →

Afternoon Mana Village sightseeing → Optional evening Swaran/Chandi Aarti at Badrinath

Temple (extra charge, direct payment) → Dinner → Overnight stay at Badrinath

Day 4 – Badrinath ji Darshan → Return to Dehradun

Breakfast → Badrinath Temple Darshan (~1 to 1.5 hrs, by car from hotel) → Return to hotel

for lunch by 1215 Hrs → Transfer to Badrinath Helipad → ETD 1330 Hrs → ETA

Tour Guidelines & Important Notes
  1. Baggage allowance: Maximum 5 kg per passenger in duffel bags provided by Hodophilia Holidays. No suitcases or large bags permitted in the helicopter. Excess baggage penalty: INR 500/kg
  2. Overweight charges: INR 2,000/kg above 75 kg permissible weight (calculated on total group weight). Submit weight on higher side including clothes & shoes
  3. Penalty for incorrect weight declaration: INR 20,000 + overweight charges
  4. Helicopter capacity: Max 450 kg (excl. baggage), 06 passengers. Group members may be placed in different flights
  5. Infants below 2 years (max 12 kg) fly free; infant weight reduces group permissible weight
  6. Reporting time at Sahastradhara Helidrome confirmed by Dehradun team the evening before the tour
  7. VIP Darshan: Priority entry inside temple premises only, subject to temple committee guidelines. May be altered during VVIP movements or heavy rush
  8. Carry medication (consult doctor before travel), warm clothing (evenings are very cold), sports/trekking shoes, and Aadhar Card
  9. Network connectivity at Badrinath is poor. BSNL & Jio work mostly
  10. Keep one additional buffer day at end of tour to avoid missing return travel due to bad weather or force majeure
  11. Kedarnath bad weather disclaimer: Bad weather is very common in Kedar valley. If passengers get stranded, accommodation at Kedarnath top is basic, expensive, and entirely at guests’ own cost

  • COVID / National Emergency: No refund; Credit Voucher valid for 1 year issued instead

Rescheduling

  • Permitted with 10% of total tour cost if informed at least 28 days before arrival date
  • Less than 28 days: treated as cancellation; fresh booking subject to availability

Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction. Bookings imply acceptance of all terms & conditions.
