Kedarnath Dham

Report at Sahastradhara Helidrome by 0500 Hrs → ETD 0600 Hrs from Sahastradhara → ETA 0630 Hrs at Sersi Heli-Base → Kedarnath shuttle (Sersi – Kedar, approx. 7 min flight) → Kedarnath Temple Darshan (~2 hours) → Return to Sersi for refreshments

Note: Passengers may be placed in different shuttle flights due to aircraft weight limits. Passengers may need to wait at Sersi/Kedarnath as per UCADA flying schedule for the day.

Badrinath Dham

ETD 1015 Hrs from Sersi Heli-Base → ETA 1045 Hrs at Badrinath Helipad → Transfer to

Tour Guidelines & Important Notes

Reporting time confirmed by Dehradun team the evening before the tour
If flying does not take place by 1000 Hrs, the tour is considered cancelled and refund issued as per policy
Booking will NOT be revalidated to the next day under any circumstance
Baggage: Maximum 5 kg per passenger. No suitcases. Excess penalty: INR 500/kg
Overweight charges: INR 1,500/kg above 75 kg permissible weight per person (group-wise)
Penalty for incorrect weight declaration: INR 20,000 + overweight charges.
Submit weight on higher side including clothes & shoes
Helicopter capacity: Max 450 kg (excl. baggage), 06 passengers
Infants below 2 years (max 12 kg) fly free; infant weight reduces group permissible weight
Aadhar Card required for Indian nationals; Passport for foreign nationals
Carry warm clothing, medication (consult doctor before travel), sports/trekking shoes
Keep one buffer day post-tour for bad weather or force majeure delays

COVID / National Emergency: No refund; Credit Voucher valid for 1 year

Permitted with 10% of total tour cost if informed at least 28 days before travel date

Not guaranteed. Due to weight capacity, group members may be placed in different shuttle flights.

No. This is a same-day tour. Accommodation and airport/hotel transfers at Dehradun are excluded.
